Chris Edwards’ Mirari project is moving from a working build towards a finished machine. In his 23 October video, he works on the case lighting and compares two approaches to getting the purple look he wants.
Edwards says the first BTF Lighting strip reads more hot pink than purple, so he tries a different COB strip that better matches the design. It is a modest update, but a familiar homebrew-hardware lesson: components that meet a specification on paper can look quite different once installed in a real enclosure.
